15 Positive Observations | Zero Non-Conformities

AIMS Limited is pleased to confirm the successful completion of its annual ISO surveillance audits, with our ISO 9001 Quality Management System audited on 5 May 2026 and our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System audited on 6 May 2026.

Both audits were independently conducted by Citation ISO Certification and resulted in a full pass, with no major non-conformities, no minor non-conformities and no observations raised.

Having maintained ISO certification for many years, these annual audits form an important part of our commitment to quality, continual improvement and environmental responsibility. The assessments provide independent verification that our management systems remain effective and continue to support the high standards expected by our clients and industry partners.

Across the two audits, a total of 15 positive observations were recorded, recognising strengths throughout the business, including:

  • Regular management reviews conducted throughout the year.
  • Effective staff training and competency management.
  • Strong customer service and contract management processes.
  • Robust supplier evaluation and purchasing controls.
  • Ongoing monitoring of customer satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive internal audit programmes.
  • Clearly defined environmental objectives and improvement initiatives.
  • Active monitoring of environmental legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Effective business continuity and emergency preparedness arrangements.

The auditors also noted our proactive approach to management reviews and continual improvement, with environmental management reviews being conducted more frequently than required by the standard.

These results reflect the dedication and professionalism of the entire AIMS team and our ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards across all aspects of our operations.
